~hijacked computer~

hello there friends!

partly cloudy skies....

on & off rain showers....

sideways rain...

61 degrees...
that's today...

but yesterday it was 70 ish....
and clear blue sky....
finally....:)

as long as we see the sun
every now & then -
I can survive....

~*~

now~ regarding the hijacked computer.......

it's been 'jacked'
{as my kids would say ~ I'm very unhip....}

Mr. T & T......
......has jacked it

something about "looking for a job.........."
doesn't he know I need to be blogging?

doesn't he realize I need to be checking in & talking to all my bloggy friends???
while he's updating his "so called resume...."

I'm just wondering about the ruffle chair.....
he's just so cute sitting on it...but
maybe I need to make him a superman slipcover?

so meanwhile.....here I am....
like a lost soul....unable to jump on every
6 minutes .....

I pace around, I stand in the doorway,
I wander around the room aimlessly...

waiting.....

for

Mr. T & T

to

take

a

bathroom

break....

so I can jump on & see....
anyone...anything....

no but seriously.....

I think it's a blessing in disguise...
cuz I really need a new computer.....JK!!!!

no but really....
it is a blessing because hopefully,
he will find something better....

that isn't such high stress like his
old job ~ he's too old for had enough high stress
shhhhhhhhh don't tell.....

{you all do know I'm not taking this lightly.....
I'm just hopeful & having faith he will be employed
again very quickly }

so if I seem a little MIA....you know why....
but not for too much longer ~
we've got another computer all ready to go
just need to install a wireless router & such
then I'm "back in business...."

I am definitely probably a little less ADD
a little more focused.....
this way.....

so I should have some good stuff to show you
shortly......meaning ~ Kenzie's room redo....

I might just be able to work a little faster without
800 self induced blogging interruptions each day
stopping in & visiting each day with all y'all.

I found some wonderful shabby floral vintage sheets
yesterday while trying not to spend any money
thrifting!

I might just use them in her room ~ but
I don't want it to be too feminine
so I'm still playing....

just wanted to say hi ~

enjoy the start of summer....

xo,

Shellagh

Wishing your husband much luck in the job search. The things us girls have to do without for our guys......do they even realize. It bothers me too when my husband's home and on "my" computer.

Hope this doesn't mean we can't get together for some junkin' soon.

I should not have let mine retire ... I pray for contracting. I once had a lady, whom I do not know, walk up to a conversation another gal & I had ... she gave me her calling card & said 'Honey, take this card & call me, you are going to need it when he retires'.

Chuckle!

Best of luck to your hubs ...

Have a beau-TEA-ful day!

I just got my first (my very own) computer. No more sharing. . . it is delightful. My husband works at home often, so it is nice to each do our own work - together.

I pray your husband finds a great job soon.

Pray your husband finds the perfect job soon..mine was out of work for 8 months...and...he doesn't even know how to turn on a computer! No competition here!

It's not easy sharing one's computer, but I do hope Mr. T&T falls into a job real soon that puts a smile on his face and eases any worries! Now I have to go bail out my pond, so the gold fish don't become lawn ornaments...:( Debbie @ Cottage Hann~Me~Downs

Ooh, I do not like it when my husband grabs my laptop when I leave the room!!! Doesn't he know that I am in the middle of a wonderful, memerizing blog post!

I suggested that he buy me a new one and I would give him mine.....he didn't bite.

I can SO relate. My husband now works from home when he isn't traveling {at his stressful job} and I feel guilty being on the computer too much. I love the fact that you are looking at his employment situation as an opportunity....to find something less stressful, a better fit, etc. With such positive attitudes, it is sure to happen! Sorry about the rain ~ SO unusual for SUMMERTIME out in WA!!! xx Suzanne
