~my fave~

hello peeps!!

how is everyone doing???
I'm doing great!

 I'm sooo excited.......because I found some
of my all time favorite pics
all in one place!!

it's so weird.....when I came across
these pics....I was like "oh I love this
living room.....and that bathroom is one
of my favorites!!"

do you remember seeing this bathroom??
one of my all time favorites....
just love it!

I am in love with all the mirrors on the
ledge....and of course the tub itself....
and the shutters on the window....
~sigh~

are these pics looking familiar yet??
who woulda thought....all the same little
cottage.....oh so cute....love it & could move
 right in.....

note to self.....panel every wall in house....
oh, and then paint everything white....

no prob....;)

there's   n.o.t.h.i.n.g.
Mr. Ticking and Toile would rather be doing....
hehehehe....:)

oh, and while we're at it ~ better add the ceilings to the list, as well!
[note to self....panel all walls, and ceilings...
then paint everything white....ok...]

just a little itty bitty project for the weekend, right??
;)
seriously though....Mr. T & T has been home sick
this whole week!!
and
is starting a new job where he will be
working from home!!! ahhhhhh!!!
babysitter for me!!??!! noooooooo!!!

so that'll be new & shall we say different??
heehee! :)
now I'm just saying....a little adjustment
might be taking place around here!

actually ~ I think it'll be fun....he's great
to be around & as you all know I just love
him to pieces!

but you know how having hubby around
makes it feel like the weekend???
yeah ~ gonna have to fight through that....
and actually work & stuff! ;)

but of course he'll be major focused
on his own stuff anyway ~ so it's all good!

~*~

I totally forgot to give you a weather update.....
um....let's see....

woke up this morning not to
the usual steady rain, but.......

snooooooooooww!
3-4 inches!
are you kidding me??

seriously.....late start for kiddos...
and um the 2nd day of spring....
just sayin'

hope you all have the best
weekend!!!

xoxo,

Shellagh

Shellagh, wow those rooms really are gorgeous - but I didn't see anywhere that you shared WHERE you found them?

You and your boy are just too cute.

Grats on your hubs new job, mine's been home for 2 days sick working from home, too. I laughed b/c the antibiotics he is taking on the box says "avoid strong sunlight, this medicine may cause sensitivity to sunlight."

SO tomorrow he goes back for a meeting (tho he shouldn't he is still very sick, but he is a hardhead,) and he is all sunburned on his neck and ears - and he wasn't out long in this perfect 75 degree weather at all but they aren't gonna believe him when he comes back from a few sick days.

Oh boy. Sure you were sick, dude, didja play all 18 holes or what? LOL. All he did was put birdseed in all 7 of our feeders, and for ME! Yikes.

Anyway, great post. Tata for now!

As I'm the one that does all the jobs - painting and all- around this place, having my husband at home would be of no help what so ever!
I love those pics, in fact I have one or two of them saved in my 'TO DO' file myself...Hugs, B x

Having Hubby work from home (mind does) is definitely an adjustment. Of course I love my husband, he'd do anything for me, etc. etc., but it's about losing my "be by myself" time. :-) Love it when he has business in D.C. for the day....or two! Just sayin.....
Always enjoy your posts and inspiring photos!

Such pretty rooms! They look familiar. Are they Atlanta Bartlett's home? We are going to give tongue and groove ceilings a try. We need to hide popcorn ceilings!

Sorry your hubby has been sick! It IS a big adjustment when hubby works from home. A hard adjustment for me because I always felt like I couldn't be doing what I should be doing...and I felt...hmmm...watched? I felt guilty if I sat down to read a magazine or something...but that is just me-guilt-ridden!;>)

Okay-You HAVE HAVE HAVE to tell us who owns that cottage. I LOVE it so much I want to marry it! xo Diana

First of all....LUV LUV LUV LUV this cottage, Shell!!!! I'm majorly swooooooning over here! Can I move in with you? Mr. T&T won't mind, will he...?? lolol!

Second....having MY hubby at home all the time would drive me cuckoo!! lol! Yes, I love him dearly with all my heart, but good gravy girl...I need my alone time! He's a great one at leaving me lists when he goes away. Lists? What am I, his employee...??? Wives leave lists for hubbies NOT the other way around!! Helloooooo!!!! hehehe! But I wish you luck with your new daytime cohort. :) (It IS nice for him that he'll be working from home!)

Third...please keep all the snow out your way. We don't want it here. Thank you very much.

LOLOL!

Hugs to you, sweets!

I love everything about that house too! Good luck with your new lifestyle change. As much as I adore my hubs that might be a big change to deal with.
I hope Spring is finally making an appearance at your house! Jen

Oh yes, this is one of my favorite looks, too. I am laughing because I was just thinking about boarding all of our walls, too, and painting them white. LOVE that look! So fresh and clean and cottagey.
