~simple & sweet christmas~

Good afternoon bloggy friends!

If you can believe it....it has been blue sky and sunny....

.......for days......

12 degrees this morning
~brrrrrrr~

~*~

How about a little simple & sweet Christmas?

the kind that takes little time to put together?

How about some more white?

you got it!

isn't this garland beautiful?
let's get a close-up of the simple bows....

you could use white linen, or muslin to create
these super simple bows....cut with pinking sheers...
no sewing required!

and how about the same simple bow
on the wreath on the front door?

ok..I am seriously going to take down my wreath
&
re-do it with this simple bow....love it!

and look at how darling these are!
love them...thinking about making them....

I know what you're thinking....whaaaaaat?  right now??
ok...maybe that would be a little much....maybe...;-)

gorgeous

I love how easy & sweet this is....

start with a full length mirror

add an array of white candles...
I always check dollar store first ~ for these!

add greenery & clementines...
and you are finished with the tablescape!

~*~

Does that make your Christmas decorating any easier?
more simplistic?

I'm gonna give it a try....

~*~

Have a fabulous weekend!

Simple and elegant! I love the way you decorated the table with the mirror and candles, it's so gorgeous! You have marvelous taste and it seems to never end, I have been looking at your older posts and I amazed at how well you put things together, maybe I will learn a thing or two from you. I hope so.

I love the simplicity of the green and white. I would love to have a staircase to decorate, just not to have to climb. What a sweet picture of the dog looking at the camera. Love the candles on the mirror. Bet the reflection when they are lit is striking.

All the pictures are so pretty. In the first one, I imagined that stairway decorated for a Winter wedding, with the bride coming down the stairs. Remember in movies when they used to get married at someone's home? I loved the wreath and the stockings. Do you have any fabric leftover from your wing chair slipcover? It looks perfect for these.

Marcia
